Stop leaving $800 on every proposal.
Turn one recorded call into a fee-packed, E&O-safe proposal in under five minutes.
ProClose pulls the recorded call, extracts what the prospect actually said, and matches the risk to your appetite guide for the state it’s really in. Then it researches the property and builds the proposal: fees stamped, carrier masked, every number cited to where it came from.
Built in the field with a working independent commercial agency
It replaces re-reading your own call notes, guessing which market fits, hunting property details across five browser tabs, and hand-building a proposal in Word or PowerPoint.
The same call. A different proposal.
Your policy fee and agency fee come off your own fee schedule, picked by program type, and land in the total before you read it out loud.
A limit traces to page 3 of the quote. A binding requirement traces to your coverage standards. A hand-typed figure says so in plain language. When a client asks where a number came from, or your E&O carrier does, you point at the page.
The call is the discovery. Everything downstream builds from it.
Clients see an A-rated specialty company. A proposal that gets forwarded around town cannot be used to shop the market you spent years earning.
From the call to the close
No AMS hookup, no implementation project. Connect RingCentral and start on your next call.
Pull the call
Connect RingCentral once. Pick a recent recorded call, already marked if it’s been transcribed before, with a summary on hover. ProClose transcribes every leg, including transfers, and pulls out the prospect, current carrier, coverage needs, risk location and state, unit count, objections, sentiment, and the next step.
Match the market
Your agency’s real appetite guide, classes, markets, contacts, fees, coverage standards, lives in a private vault only your agency can see. Markets are ranked against the state the risk is actually in, so an unappointed market gets flagged.
Research the property
From the address on the call, ProClose pulls the real FEMA flood zone and warns loudly on a Special Flood Hazard Area. It adds an approximate footprint, deep links to the county appraisal district, FEMA’s map panel, and aerial and street view, plus the exact questions to send the client.
Build and send
Drop the carrier quote PDF and it parses limits, premiums, fees, and subjectivities, citing the page each number came from. Fees are stamped by code before the proposal can finish, and the carrier stays masked on everything the client sees.
Leave at any point. It saves as a draft, and the Proposals list shows exactly where it stands. Reopen it later and you’re back where you left off, analysis intact, nothing re-run.
What it does
All of it shipped and running today.
01The call already has the discovery
- Connects to your agency’s RingCentral and transcribes every leg of a call, including the legs after a transfer.
- Pulls out the prospect’s name, current carrier, coverage needs, risk location and state, unit count, objections, sentiment, and the next step, as fields you can read at a glance.
- The call list marks what’s already transcribed and shows a summary on hover, so working down a list of calls stops being guesswork.
02The right market, for the state the risk is in
- Reads your agency’s own appetite guide (classes, markets, contacts, fees, coverage standards) from a private vault that belongs to your agency alone.
- Ranks markets against the state on the risk, so a market that isn’t appointed there gets flagged.
- Says so plainly when a class has thin data on file.
03Property research, done before you ask
- Pulls the real FEMA flood zone off the address on the call and warns loudly when a property sits in a Special Flood Hazard Area, where flood coverage is federally mandated.
- Adds an approximate building footprint and deep links straight into the county appraisal district, FEMA’s map panel, and aerial and street view, plus a research prompt instructed to answer “not found” rather than estimate.
- Roof age isn’t in any public dataset, so ProClose asks the client for it instead of inventing one. A tool that guesses a roof age is worse than one that just asks.
04A proposal built to protect the agency
- Drop a carrier quote PDF and it parses limits, premiums, fees, subjectivities, and excess tables, citing the exact page each number came from. Add the expiring policy for an automatic side-by-side. No PDF, enter numbers by hand with shorthand like 1.5m and 250k.
- Your agency’s policy and agency fees are stamped by code, chosen by program type, and included in the total before you ever quote it out loud.
- The carrier name is found on the quote and hidden on every client-facing artifact, so a forwarded proposal can’t shop your market.
An A-rated specialty company. Never the real name.
The carrier is masked by rule on every slide, export, and print, so a proposal that gets forwarded around can’t be used to shop your market.
The fee lines come from your own fee schedule. They’re stamped by your agency’s own fee schedule and summed into the total before you present it.
Three times your subscription, or you don’t pay
3x your subscription in captured fees in 90 days, or you don’t pay.
Fees are stamped by code and included in the total before you ever say a number out loud. The guarantee is just arithmetic on top of something the app already does automatically: if the fees ProClose stamps into your proposals don’t add up to at least three times what you paid in your first 90 days, you get every dollar back and the next three months free.
Locked for life. Then it goes up.
Published right here. No custom quote to pry loose, no sales call required to see a number.
- Unlimited users and unlimited proposals
- Fee Capture Guarantee: 3x in captured fees in 90 days, or you don’t pay
- The price on this page is the price. No custom quote
FAQ
Do I have to integrate anything to get started?
No. There’s no AMS hookup, no implementation project, and no data migration required before it works. Drop a carrier quote PDF and you have a proposal on day one. Connect RingCentral or anything else whenever it suits you.
What if my agency doesn’t use RingCentral?
Call pulling is the fast path, and it is optional. Without RingCentral connected, you start from the carrier quote and enter discovery details yourself. Market matching, property research, fee stamping, and the proposal build all work exactly the same from there.
Does my client have to log in to anything?
No. Your client never creates an account, never gets a password, and never opens a portal. They receive a finished proposal the same way they’d receive any other document from your agency: a PDF, a print, or a link.
What happens to my data?
Every agency gets its own workspace behind real sign-in. Credentials and transcripts are encrypted at rest, and per-tenant isolation means one agency’s data can never surface in another agency’s account. You control retention, and you can export or delete your data on request.
Is this a chatbot that makes things up?
No. The parts that would be dangerous to get wrong, fee stamping and carrier masking among them, run on deterministic rules, not a language model improvising. Every number in a proposal cites where it came from: a page in the quote, your agency’s own standards, or an honest “entered by hand” when a person typed it in.
What happens once the Founding 50 fills up?
New agencies after the Founding 50 pay $399/mo, and the Fee Capture Guarantee isn’t offered. Founding agencies keep $199/mo and the guarantee for as long as they’re a customer.
Stop retyping the call into Word.
Tell us your agency and email. We’ll send the Founding 50 details and get your workspace set up.
